Your user name won't change unless your email address does. If this happens, please contact the Fleet office and we will change it in the system and send you a new login.
Keep a password that is easy for you to remember and key-in at a kiosk. Change it frequently. If you forget, just click on the 'Forgot Password' when attempting to login and you will receive an email with your password or a link to reset it. If you don't receive an email within 10 minutes, check with the Fleet Office.
